On the morning of September 28, the East China Headquarters of Baiyun Electric Group grandly held the National Day and Factory Day “Double Celebration” Flag Raising Ceremony at the East Gate Plaza of the Park to celebrate the 71st anniversary of the founding of New China and the 84th anniversary of the establishment of Nanjing Electric. Shen Qirong, general manager of East China Headquarters, delivered a "Shuangqing" speech, and deputy general manager Deng Junwen presided over the flag-raising ceremony. More than 160 people from the East China Headquarters cadres at or above the supervisor level, all personnel from the East China Headquarters functional departments and employee representatives attended.
